Domestic rules
Guests must:
1. When booking a homestead, pay an agreed advance payment, which will be deducted from the settlement. When booking, but not arrived, at the agreed time to the estate, the advance is not refundable.
2. Before leaving the homestead, move the leased premises in order, take part in the transfer of the leased premises to the owners of the estate or their authorized person. For damage to inventory or other material assets, they are paid immediately upon transfer of premises.
3. Responsible and safe behavior, ensuring the safety and good behavior of colleagues. The tenant is not liable for any damage.
4. To protect and preserve the property of the estate, to comply with the requirements of safety, fire safety and the environment. Guests are liable for material damage caused by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If the underage children of the guests lose or cause damage, they must be paid by the parents or guardians of these children (guardians).
5. Parents or other guardians (guardians) are responsible for the behavior and safety of the child.
6. Guests or their children are responsible for their personal injuries or damage to their property and health, in violation of the safe conditions of recreation and entertainment.
7. Guests agree to familiarize themselves with the above rules of the internal rules of the house and take responsibility for their behavior and material damage.
8. Do not cause inconvenience to other guests in the environment.
The estate is prohibited:
1. Smoking inside the room. For smoking in the premises, a fine of 200 euros;
2. Make noise after 10 pm;
3. Do not spoil the environment;
4. Invite more people than agreed;
5. To bring or use weapons, substances dangerous to the environment and people;
6. Bring the animals without the consent of the owners of the estate;
7. Without the permission of the owners or their authorized person to move the inventory in the estate.
Responsibility of guests:
1. Guests bear material responsibility for all property destroyed or destroyed by them and because of bodily injuries or damage to their property.
2. If the loss in the mansion arises from the actions of minors, the parents or guardians of the children must pay for them.
RULES OF FIRE AND SAFE BEHAVIOR
Guests must:
1. Correctly use electrical appliances so that children can not use them. Do not leave unattended electrical appliances or radio or television equipment.
2.Kurit only in specially designated areas and discard only in containers.
3. Fire only in a certain place.
4. Keep firewood away from open flames.
5. Do not leave children unattended and do not let children play with fire burners, wood and gills.
6. Without supervision, the fire must be extinguished.
7. On the territory and in the hut, fire must be created only in specially designated places. Do not leave the fire unattended.
8. Infants can only swim with their parents or guardians.
9. Be careful not to endanger the health and life of your and other guests.
10. Use the inventory only for the intended purpose.
11. Each guest bears individual responsibility for the quality and freshness of the products brought.
12. The owners are not liable for this, in the event of harm to the guest or his children as a result of bodily harm or damage to his property at his own fault, in violation of safe conduct, fire safety rules and internal rules.
13. In case of other possible accidents that may occur inside the house, in the courtyard, in the bathhouse, swimming in the lake, gazebo and other places, the guests themselves are responsible.
14. The guest is responsible for accidents and their consequences as a result of alcohol consumption.
15. Parents or guardians of minor children (supervisors) must ensure the safety of children.
16. The main object or customer-client undertakes to familiarize other owners of the estate with fire safety rules and safe conduct rules and bear full responsibility for observance of these rules in the guest house.
